Payment policy:

Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel booking.

By August 08th, 2025: An additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

Failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by August 08th, 2025, will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From August 09th, 2025: Any additional booking must be paid at the same time of booking. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation to July 20th, 2025: in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you are committed to pay 10% of the total cost of your reservation(s) as administrative cancellation fees penalty.

From July 21st, 2025: in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you are committed to pay 50% of the total cost of your reservation(s).

From August 18th, 2025: in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, we regret that from this date no refund of the total cost of your reservation(s) can be made. Cancelled room nights cannot be used on any other dates.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: labelexpo@bnetwork.com.
Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://labelexpohotels.bnetwork.com/ or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company.

From 10 bookings

Payment policy:

Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

By June16th 2025: An additional 30% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 60% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

By August 08th 2025: An additional 40% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

Failure to pay any deposit will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From August 9th 2025 any additional room night requested must be paid at the same time of booking. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until May 15th 2025: in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty.
Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

From May 16th 2025 to July 09th 2025: 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From July 10th 2025 to August 08th 2025: 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From August 09th 2025 to September 01st 2025: 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty.

From September 02nd 2025: 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.
